The Region and our three locations

Sport Venue Bressanone/Brixen

The combination of a Mediterranean climate with high alpine landscapes makes South Tyrol a fascinating starting point for any road cycling holiday. Thanks to a number of major events, Brixen has put itself firmly on the sporting map. Not just a great starting point for a road cycling tour, it also offers us numerous cafes, bars and shopping, perfect for enjoying some après bike culture. We spend 3 nights in the 4 star Vital Bike Hotel Goldene Krone .

Historical Cavalese

Our second location is the historical administrative centre of the Trentino/South Tyrol Fiemme Valley region. Cavalese, with its plethora of historical buildings that have been lovingly restored and elegant villas, is about 1000 meters above sea level directly opposite the Lagorai mountain range, and boasts numerous local crafts, and a lively restaurant and bar scene with a broad range of culinary delights to be sampled. We spend 3 nights here in the 4 star Historic Hotel La Stua .

Multi-faceted Bolzano/Bozen

Our third and final destination, Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, is situated between the Dolomites and vineyards. Its exemplary network of bike paths are testament to its love of all things cycle-related. Bolzano is 250 meters above sea level and is a small but multi-faceted town with an impressive Mediterranean flair. Our 4 star Mondschein Hotel Luna, historic Park Hotel, an oasis of rest in the middle of the bustling old town of Bolzano/Bozen .

Combining round trips with transfer stages and an efficient luggage transport service provides the perfect sporting and scenic mix.
We offer you 7 road cycling tours during this week taking in the most famous and beautiful Dolomite passes in this UNESCO world heritage site. We ride between 85 and 164 kilometers with between 1700 and 4400 vertical meters.

About me

I come from South Tyrol, and ever since I was a child, have spent as much time as possible enjoying this beautiful area. I have always been fascinated by the wild isolated nature of a mountain landscape combined with the opportunity they provide to escape from the hectic daily grind.
I first met the future co-founders of Stessaonda, which we founded in 2016, on a road cycling holiday, and I now organize and run road cycling holidays for them, which gives me the perfect opportunity to share this passion with other road cycling addicts.
